Ingredients

- 1 lb steak pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Fajita Seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Fajita Vegetables
- 2 bell pepper (red, orange, yellow, or green – sliced)
- 1 onion (medium – sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Fajita Topping Suggestions
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Cheese (shredded)
- Lettuce
- Sour Cream
- Rice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin to make fajita seasoning and set aside
- In medium pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add steak pieces to pan.
- Stir in fajita seasoning to steak pieces and continue to cook until browned
- In second medium pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
