Frozen biscuits with jam on a plate

Frozen Biscuits in Air Fryer

This simple and easy method of cooking frozen biscuits in an air fryer is easy to set and forget about while you finish the rest of your meal. Air fryer biscuits are perfectly golden brown on each side because of the circulating hot air that evenly cooks the frozen biscuits. These biscuits are perfect for any meal like biscuits and gravy or as a tasty side.

For this recipe I used Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Frozen Biscuits and they were perfectly cooked at 18 minutes each time I have made them. Other types of frozen biscuits will also work with this cooking method, but you may need to adjust the cooking time.

How to Make Air Fryer Biscuits

This biscuit cooking method is simple and easy achieved in just 3 steps.

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 330 degree F (165 degrees C)
  2. Grab the biscuits from the freezer and place on the rack
  3. Wait about 18 minutes to pull out the perfectly cooked biscuits

When placing your frozen biscuits in air fryer, allow space for them to expand. If using a layered rack, be sure to check on the biscuits as they may cook differently on the different levels.

Set timer for about 18 minutes and check on your biscuits. If this is your first time cooking these, check on them around 12 minutes to see how they are cooking in your air fryer.

I used my Ninja Food Deluxe air crisper setting, the cooking time may vary based on your model of air fryer. In some models it may be necessary to flip the biscuits part way through cooking or to rotate the position of the biscuits.
