Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap

Easy, healthy, and delicious. This avocado chicken salad wrap recipe perfectly transforms leftover chicken into a yummy new dish.


  • 16 oz chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 2/3 cup celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts (diced)
  • 1 large avocado (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. In a large bowl, add avocado and lemon juice, stir to soften and mash the avocado
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir until combined
  3. Serve over a salad, bread, or in a wrap. To store put in a sealed container in the fridge.
