So celebrating everything you do – yes I mean everything you do – tells yourself to do that more often.
Breaking a food rule, eating when you feel hunger (instead of based on a plan or rules), eating until you feel satisfied, moving your body, resting, all the things that help take care of you.
Celebrate them all no matter how small to help reinforce the relationship with food, exercise, and body image you want to create.
