Body positivity and body neutrality are two different concepts in the body image healing space. I don’t fully like either option.
We don’t always feel positive about everything, including our bodies even after years of growing self-love. And feeling neutral about how bodies doesn’t really grow our confidence in own skin. And being attached to what our body is capable of, doesn’t really serve us either because what happens if we are no longer able to do the same?
