- 1 large banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- Mash banana in medium bowl
- Add oatmeal and egg to bowl and stir until combined
- Heat a non-stick griddle or pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto pan to create about a 3 inch diameter
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown then flip pancakes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional step: Add mix-ins to the batter before cooking for extra flavor, like vanilla, fruit, nuts, chocolate, cinnamon, etc.
This recipes creates about 1 serving. If you’re cooking for more people simply increase the number of ingredients (for 4 servings use 4 bananas, 4 eggs, and 4 cups of oats)
